We liked the property/facility, location, the art, the bar/restaurant. The lack of a concierge hurts a bit and the front desk staff mainly does NOT make up for this position. While we found some to be very helpful and concerned, there were a few who couldn't be bothered. We found the restaurant to be similar. The food and drinks were very good we thought but a couple of staff made it out like we were fortunate to be waited on. (Really?!) Also, we come from a VERY high cost city and we rarely go anywhere on vacation for under 10K but the TN tax on food and alcohol is borderline criminal. We paid at least $30 for a vodka soda and a glass of wine each night. The Four Seasons in Hawaii is cheaper and they serve you the drink while you lay in a lounge chair on the beach. Overall our experience was wonderful; most of the staff could not have been nicer; the food was excellent; the nightlife was super fun; the place was super clean and we really liked the cable program that showed how they built it and the owner going to Miami to buy all the art.....very cool, a unique experience, two thumbs up!

Staying at 21c Nashville was absolutely amazing! From the art to architecture everything is beautifully designed and well incorporated within the building. The room was incredibly CLEAN and stocked with everything you need! The bed and pillows were so comfortable I practically passed out every night. The location is fantastic! You’re so close to everything, yet just far enough away from all the noise of the city. The staff were extremely helpful and super friendly, always ready to help or answer any questions about Nashville you may have. I will definitely be staying with 21c Museum Hotels again!! :)

We went to nashville for my sisters 50th and this was the perfect spot for a girls night out.. The lady at the front desk, Jo, was so sweet and very knowledgeable about the hotel. She did an excellent job helping me get the vouchers for breakfast....their was a misunderstanding. The breakfast at the hotel was soo good. From the valet to the doorman to housekeeping. Everyone seemed happy to be there.. I would absolutely stay again. The museum was a cool experience.. So many bars nearby. Just a few blocks from Broadway.

The hotel was very clean. I like the idea of guests having to use their key card to go up on the elevator. That made me feel safe. I like how the hotel has a museum of a variety of artwork that anyone can come see and it’s free! The staff is very friendly! The room is more than what I expected. Very spacious. The king suite has a hallway with big windows that allowed for a bunch of natural lighting. The bathroom is AMAZING! If I could, I’d take the bathroom with me.

The property was very upscale. it looked stunning and definitely fit the name “museum.” The location was convenient: a short walk to everything we needed, but not on the path of endless party-goers. This was a perfect fit for us, who wanted a weekend away, but we were not interested in the party scene. I also enjoyed having an art exhibit right in the hotel! It gave us something to do without leaving.
